SAN ANTONIO VILLAGE BOARD MEETING
MINUTES FOR JUNE 16, 2010

The June 16, 2010 meeting of the San Antonio Village Owners Association
was called to order at 7:30pm by President Dawn Lucian.  Present were
Board Members Bettina Johnson and Carey Rogers; SAV Manager, Karel
de Veer; Timothy Hodgson and two homeowners.

1. The minutes for the meeting of May 19, 2010, were approved.

2. Manager Karel de Veer gave the financial report for May 2010 and
year to date.  For May, our budgeted income is at 99.7% and
budgeted expenses are at 90.7%. For year to date, our income is at
100.3% and expenses are at 99.2%. Our main out of budget expense
is pest control, which is $2,022 over budget for year to date.

3. The board had been asked by one homeowner to review the policy
regarding hanging bicycles in carports.  There will be no change
in the policy.

4. No architectural change requests received this month.

5.  No new business.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:50 p.m.
