SAN ANTONIO VILLAGE BOARD MEETING MINUTES FOR MAY 16, 2012

The Homeowners Association Meeting held on May 16, 2012 was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by President Dawn Lucian. Present were Board Members Bettina Johnson, Jeff Litherland, and Carey Rogers; Manager Karel De Veer and two homeowners.

1. Minutes of the April 18, 2012 meeting were approved.

2. Treasurer Bettina Johnson gave the financial report. Income for year to date is at 99.6% of budget and expenses are at 87.6%. No outstanding or unusual items for this last month.

3. No items to report.

4. Architectural Change Requests
New windows for 25B N San Marcos Rd: Approved
Wrought-iron hand rail on front steps at 45A N San Marcos Rd: Approved
Awning on back of building at 63A N San Marcos Rd: Denied

5. No old business.

6. No new business.

The meeting adjourned at 7:20 p.m.
