SAN ANTONIO VILLAGE OWNERS’ ASSOCIATION MINUTES FOR JULY 15, 2015

The meeting was called to order at 7PM by Dawn Lucian, President. All Board
Members were in attendance.

The Jun 15, 2015 Minutes were approved subject to updating the specific CC&R vote
count by the manager.

FINANCIAL REPORT:
Bettina Johnson, Treasurer gave her Treasurer’s Report for the end of the fiscal year.

ARCHITECTURAL CHANGES:
53A N San Marcos architectural change request approved for replacing windows.

STREET MAINTENANCE:

Karel discussed replacing asphalt, discussed proposal for fixing the roads. Recommends accepting the bid by Challenge Asphalt, with whom we’ve worked before. Board approved the Bid.

NEW BUSINESS:
1) Community member brought up possibility of speed bumps/humps/dimples; board discussed possible legal ramifications. Requested Karel to explore possible costs and methods.

2) Rec Room roof maintenance: the roof leaks. Karel is looking into repair, which involves removing and replacing-and possibly upgrading-all solar panels. Karel will report back with numbers.

3) Community member recommends placing security cameras at the pool. Karel will get numbers re: installation.

OLD BUSINESS:

Report was presented by Parking sub-committee regarding parking assignments for units that are “missing” second spaces. A proposal before the committee is to continue to assign spaces on the main streets, designated for the people with missing spaces. Though this may leave some sections with very few guest spaces. Question of enforcement. The subcommittee will
continue to discuss the matter.
