Minutes for the San Antonio Village Owners’ Association Board of Directors

Monthly Meeting of July 20, 2022

The meeting was called to order by President Dawn Lucian at 7:00 pm. Other Board members present were Diane Kirchner (Vice President), Mike Porter (Treasurer), and John Carter (Member at Large); also present were Daniel Ortiz (Manager) and 3 homeowners.

1. The Board approved (Dawn Lucien/John Carter) the minutes of the June 15, 2022 meeting.

2. Treasurer Mike Porter presented the year-end financial report. He noted that this is not the final audited report and that Federal and State taxes, currently shown as unpaid, and some interest revenue will be shown in the final numbers. The Board (Dawn Lucien/John Carter) approved the report.

3. Manager Daniel Ortiz announced that the SAV annual holiday party will be on September 10 and that resurfacing of the pool followed by resurfacing of the pool deck will begin on November 7 and will result in the pool being closed for two to three weeks.

It was announced that, as usual, there will be no Board meeting in August. The next Board meeting will be the annual meeting in September.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:18 pm.
