MINUTES FOR THE SAN ANTONIO VILLAGE OWNERS’ ASSOCIATION
ANNUAL MEETING FOR SEPTEMBER 16, 2020

Dawn Lucian (President), Mike Porter (Vice President), Chad Lindblad (Secretary) and Diane Kirchner (Member at Large) were in attendance. Manager Daniel Ortiz and nine homeowners were also in attendance.

The meeting was called to order by Dawn Lucian at 7:30 P.M.

1. The minutes from September 18, 2019 Annual Meeting were approved

2. President’s Report: Dawn Lucian
a. Current Board members were introduced by Board President Dawn Lucian
b. Covid considerations
c. Security improvements
d. Overview of General Manager Daniel Ortiz taking over for the role previously occupied by Karel de Veer
e. Remodel of San Antonio Village Recreation Room

3. The following people were elected to one year Board terms:
a. Bettina Johnson
b. Chad Lindblad
c. Dawn Lucian
d. Ken Masuda
e. Mike Porter

The 2021 Annual Meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at 7:30PM
