SAN ANTONIO VILLAGE BOARD MEETING
MINUTES FOR JANUARY 12, 2011

The Homeowners Association Meeting held on January 12, 2011 meeting of the San Antonio Village Owners Association was called to order at 7:30pm by President Dawn Lucian. Present were Board Members Peter Sturken, Bettina Johnson, Lynn Nichols and Carey Rogers. SAV Manager, Karel de Veer and six homeowners were also present.

1. Minutes of December 14, 2010 meeting were approved.

2. Karel De Veer gave the financial report. Our income for December is at 100.4% and expenses are at 90.1%. We had no unusual expenses or income for this reporting period. Income year-to-date is 100.5% and expenses are 92.1%.

3. No items to discuss.

4. We received an architectural change request for a lower storage cabinet in the carport area belonging to unit 35A. It was made at the request of the tenant with approval from the owner and will be in the same style as other extension cabinets in the carport. Request was approved.

5. Our SAV holiday party held on December 15th was another resounding success. We had many attendees and just enough food and drink for all. We discussed some alternative setups for next year to encourage more mingling.

6. No new business.
