SAN ANTONIO VILLAGE BOARD MEETING FOR NOVEMBER 21, 2012

The Homeowners Association Meeting held on November 21, 2012 meeting was called to order at 7:00pm by President Dawn Lucian. Present were Board Members Bettina Johnson, Lynn Nichols, and Jeff Litherland; Manager Karel deVeer, Tim Hodgson, and one homeowner.

1. Minutes of the October 17, 2012 meeting were approved.

2. Treasurer Bettina Johnson our finances are stable and our budget is in good shape.

3. We had two outstanding 1,500.00 unit dues paid in full with penalties. There are no units currently for sale. Altogether we have only lost 1,000.00 due to foreclosurers in the past year. Homeowner water usage is normal, however, the dryness of season has increased the water use as compared to last year.

4. No architectural change requests were received for this meeting.

5. No old business.

6. New business.
a) December X-mas party: Carey will be in charge of wine choice. Costco for pizza, cake, finger sandwiches, cold cuts, and some holiday lights. Karel will determine the Fresca order. Food will not be served till 6pm.

b) Employee bonuses are recommended to be $300 each. Karel and Tim shall have bonuses of $500 each.

7. The December meeting will be cancelled.
